please tidy chalet before departure, thank you

HIRER is liable for his/her own property/ belongings Owner does not accept
any liability or any loss or damage
Owner reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances
i.e. perform essential or remedial works - full refund will be given
IF the chalet becomes unusable during the holiday period within the responsibility
of the owner – monies will be reimbursed pro rata
