Comfortable, well appointed two bedroom chalets in established woodland grounds of a period Manor House offering restaurant, indoor pool, sports and leisure facilities, beauty treatment room and childrens activity club. The village of Kilkhampton nearby has Post office, shops, local family friendly pubs and takeaways.

National Trust Sandymouth beach and the coastal path is 2 miles. The unspoilt seaside town of Bude is 5 miles. It has retained its character whilst catering for the family seaside holiday. Its Victorian terrace houses overlook the central golf course and recreational ground: the canal and river have been conserved as a nature reserve: built the unique Bude Light in the Castle grounds and maintained its own blend of shops. The extensive bay has Crooklets and Summerleaze sandy surfing beaches with an original open sea water pool on the beach. Many outdoor pursuits available with equipment hire: surfing: pony trekking: canoeing and mountainboarding.

You are ideally situated on the border for touring both Cornwall and north Devon based on the main A39 Atlantic Highway. Coastal villages of Padstow: Tintagel: Boscastle: Clovelly and Hartland Point. Inland the Tamar valley and lakes for sailing and fishing, recently awarded an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Accommodation comprises: a bathroom and shower, 1 double room, 2 twin beds, electric heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area with table and chairs: a lounge area with sofabed: TV and DVD player - digital signal box for freeview. South west facing with an area outside for BBQs with a picnic table. There is a childrens play area, open air pool, games room and launderette onsite.
